About modification of Rules of provision of services of passenger road transport

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Rules of provision of services of passenger road transport approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 18, 1997 No. 176 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1997, number 8, page 142; 2007, No. 75, Art. 2791; 2008, No. 19, Art. 541; 2009, No. 72, Art. 2479; 2017, No. 88, Art. 2696; 2018, No. 25, the Art. 883), the enclosed changes.

2. This resolution becomes effective in three months from the date of its publication.

Changes which are made to Rules of provision of services of passenger road transport

1. In Item 2:

1) in subitem 6 of the word"," to exclude insurance payment;

Subitem 10 to exclude 2).

2. State Item 12 in the following edition:

"12. Liability insurance for the harm done to life and health of passengers during use of road transport and for the harm done to load, baggage during transportation (further - liability insurance), is performed according to article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About road transport".".

3. To state the paragraph of the eighth of Item 27 in the following edition:

"4) the information about automobile carrier (the name, the address and phone number), the signed insurance contract of responsibility (date of the conclusion, number), the insurer (the name, the location, contact information for the address) and the size of insurance sum;".

4. In Item 48 to replace the word of "passengers" with the word of "responsibility".
