About modification of the Regulations on the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in the Regulations on the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 459 "Questions of the Ministry of Economics" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 77, Art. 2183; 2021, No. 17, Art. 676, No. 45, Art. 2762, No. 59, Art. 3694; 2022, No. 16, Art. 868, No. 80, Art. 4832; 2023, No. 87, the Art. 5049), the enclosed changes.

Changes which are made to Regulations on the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine

1. In Item 1:

Word in paragraph three of "economic, social development and trade" shall be replaced with words 1) "economic and social development, foreign trade, the state industrial policy" except strategic industries and agro-industrial production)";

Word in paragraph nine of "the state material reserve" shall be replaced with words 2) "the state reserves";

The paragraph the thirteenth to exclude 3);

4) to add Item with the paragraph of the following content:

"The Ministry of Economics is national coordinator who acts as single contact Item between state bodies and the European Commission for ensuring general process of coordination of actions for assistance according to the Ukraine Facility tool (within Components I, II and III) and ensuring protection of financial interests of the European Union.".

2. In Item 3:

1) in subitem 1:
