About transformation of registers of certificates of approval of type and certificates of conformity of wheel vehicles and the equipment and introduction of amendments to some Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. Determine that:
the register of certificates of approval of type and the certificates of conformity of wheel vehicles and the equipment issued by producers and the State register of the certificates of conformity of vehicles issued by authorized bodies or certification bodies turn into the register of certificates of approval of type and the certificates of conformity of wheel vehicles and the equipment issued by producers (further - the register of certificates) by consolidation;
transformation of the register of certificates of approval of type and the certificates of conformity of wheel vehicles and the equipment and the State register of the certificates of conformity of vehicles issued by authorized bodies or certification bodies issued by producers on the register of certificates is performed after its input in operation and registration in the register of public electronic registers;
subjects of the register of certificates is information on certificates of approval of type and certificates of conformity of wheel vehicles, batches of the parts and the equipment issued by producers, authorized bodies on certification and certification bodies for individual approval of wheel vehicles, batches of parts and the equipment;
transformation of the register of certificates of approval of type and the certificates of conformity of wheel vehicles and the equipment and the State register of the certificates of conformity of vehicles issued by authorized bodies or certification bodies issued by producers is provided using the certified means of technical and cryptographic information security;
