About introduction of amendments to some Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning special use of forest resources
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning special use of forest resources the enclosed changes.
2. Determine that within two years from the date of entry into force of this resolution the basis for the cabins connected with new construction, reconstruction, capital repairs of roads on the timberland and care of them except cases when such cabins are provided by forest management materials, are materials of the examinations conducted according to item 4 of Rules of improvement of high-quality structure of the woods, the carrying out other cabins and works connected and not connected with forest management, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 12, 2007 No. 724 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 37, of Art. 1478; 2024, No. 100, the Art. 6400), with observance of requirements for the maximum width of glades of roads on the timberland to 20 meters and paragraph two of Item 60 of the specified Rules.
