Article 1

"For the purpose of development of the offers directed to enhancement of functions of system of ensuring fire safety, increase in efficiency of activities for suppression of the fires and to carrying out wrecking, risk minimization of damnification (damage) owing to the fires and their effects, and assessment of the reasons, factors, conditions, which entailed emergence of the fires and their effects in territorial authorities of the federal executive body authorized on the solution of tasks in the field of fire safety the commission of experts is created. The regulations on commission of experts affirm the specified federal executive body.".

Article 35 of the Federal Law of August 22, 1995 No. 151-FZ "About rescue services and the status of rescuers" (The Russian Federation Code, 1995, No. 35, Art. 3503; 2021, No. 27, the Art. 5084) to add with Item 3 following of content:
