1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. of July 31, 2006 "About single questions of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus" line item "The republican unitary enterprise "Minsk Printing Factory" of Department of the state signs of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus, Minsk" to exclude No. 982 from appendix 3 to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus;
1.2. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 28, 2008 No. 618 "About turnover of alcoholic beverages":
in the Regulations on excise stamps for marking of the alcoholic beverages imported on the territory of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution:
state item 4 in the following edition:
"4. Production of excise stamps is performed by the republican unitary enterprise "Belblankavyd Publishing house (further – RUP "Belblankavyd Publishing House)".;
