About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 9, 2003 No. 743

1. Make to the section I appendices No. 1 to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 9, 2003 No. 743 "About establishment of check points through frontier of the Russian Federation for arrival in the Russian Federation of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic products and tobacco products" (The Russian Federation Code, 2003, No. 50, Art. 4904; 2012, No. 43, Art. 5874; 2019, No. 31, Art. 4655) following changes:
a) in the subsection "Russian-Mongolian Site of Frontier" to exclude Item 32;
b) add the subsection "Russian-Chinese Site of Frontier" with Item 35 (2) the following content:
"35(2). Poltavka - Dongning".
2. This resolution becomes effective after 30 days after day of its official publication.
