1) in Article 16:

a) to state Item 7 of part 1 in the following edition:

"7) fishery for the purpose of providing traditional conduct of life of indigenous ethnic groups of the North, Siberia and the Far East of the Russian Federation.";

b) state part 6 in the following edition:

"6. Amount of production (catch) of water bioresources which general admissible catch is not established, determined by the statement of person which has right to production (catch) of water bioresources, except for parts 2 of article 25 of this Federal Law.";
