Article 1

Article 19 of the Law of the Russian Federation of August 20, 1993 No. 5663-I "About space activities" (The Russian newspaper, 1993, on October 6; Russian Federation Code, 1996, No. 50, Art. 5609; No. 29, the Art. 4342) to add 2015, with Item 6 of the following content:

"6. Information on space objects which are planned to start in space from the territory of the Russian Federation or the territory of foreign state (except for space objects which are planned to start in space from the territory of foreign state and are not subject to registration in the Russian Federation), and also on space objects, which are started in space from the territory of the Russian Federation or the territory of foreign state registered in the Russian Federation including functional characteristics and data on technical condition of such space objects, is subject to submission to authorized body on space activities by the Russian organizations and citizens who are owners of such space objects, or the organizations which by the specified owners are granted the rights to their use (operation). Information on such space objects which are state-owned property and used (operated) by federal executive body on defense or budget and state institutions subordinated to it is not submitted.

The list of information specified in paragraph one of this Item, procedure and terms of its representation are determined by authorized body by space activities.".
