1) Item 5 of Article 1 after the words "deputy manager (chief) of organization or body of criminal executive system" to add with the words "other head (chief)";

Part 1 of Article 11 to add 2) with Items 23 and 24 of the following content:

"23) on participation on a grant basis in the management of the public and state organizations performing development of military and applied and office and applied sports, according to the procedure, established by regulatory legal act of federal body of criminal executive system;

24) on psychological assistance given by the staff of psychological services of bodies or organizations of criminal executive system according to the procedure, approved by the federal executive body performing functions on development and realization of state policy and normative legal regulation in the field of execution of criminal penalties.
