To add 1) with Article 3.1 of the following content:
"Article 3.1. Civil export weapon
The weapons produced only for export according to the technical characteristics established by requirements of importing countries belong to civil export weapon.
Civil export weapons are produced on the basis of the models of civil weapon permitted to turnover in the territory of the Russian Federation and which underwent obligatory confirmation of conformity.
Civil export weapon shall exclude firing by queues.
Availability of the following differences of technical characteristics of civil export weapon from technical characteristics of the civil weapon permitted to turnover in the territory of the Russian Federation is allowed:
1) for fire long-barreled weapon - length of integral trunk from its state part or length of integral trunk with receiver less than 500 mm and total length of weapon less than 800 mm, and also design which allows to make its length less than 800 mm without loss of possibility of production of shot;
2) for hunting pneumatic weapon - dulny energy more than 25 J.
