Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of December 29, 2006 No. 264-FZ "About development of agricultural industry" (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, No. 1, Art. 27; 2008, No. 49, Art. 5748; 2009, No. 1, Art. 26; 2012, No. 10, Art. 1154; 2015, No. 1, Art. 20; No. 7, Art. 1016; 2020, No. 42, Art. 6517; 2024, No. 1, Art. 55) following changes:

Shall be replaced with words 1) in part 5 of Article 8 of the word of "executive bodies of subjects" "executive bodies of subjects";

"Executive bodies of subjects" shall be replaced with words 2) regarding 1 Article 9 of the word "executive bodies of subjects";

3) regarding the 2nd Article 15 of the word "executive bodies of subjects" shall be replaced with words "executive bodies of subjects";

4) Article 18 to add with part 4 following of content:

"4. In 2025 and 2026 agricultural producers are recognized corresponding following the results of 2023 to the conditions established by part 1 of article 3 of this Federal Law, the organization, the individual entrepreneur which suffered as a result of actions of paramilitary groups and (or) acts of terrorism and (or) implementation of economic activity which it is impossible as a result of actions of paramilitary groups and (or) acts of terrorism.".

Article 2

1. This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

2. Action of provisions of part 4 of article 18 of the Federal Law of December 29, 2006 No. 264-FZ "About development of agricultural industry" extends to the relations which arose since January 1, 2025.
