About some questions of transportation of coal
According to the subitem 2 of Item 1 of Article 29, of article 47 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014, articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

2. Determine that the restrictions specified in Item 1 of this resolution do not extend to the state company "Kyrgyzkomur" in case of the Department of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic when implementing of export (export) of coal by it (the CN FEA EEU classified by codes 2701 and 2702) road transport through check points on Frontier of the Kyrgyz Republic.
3. To the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic no later than three calendar days before the date of entry into force of this resolution in accordance with the established procedure to notify the World Trade Organization and the Eurasian economic commission on introduction of the temporary ban specified in Item 1 of this resolution.
4. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic no later than three days from the effective date of this resolution in accordance with the established procedure to notify Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States on introduction of the temporary ban specified in Item 1 of this resolution.
