About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. In the pricing Bases in the field of heat supply approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 22, 2012 No. 1075 "About pricing in the field of heat supply" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 44, Art. 6022; 2014, No. 50, Art. 7094; 2017, No. 17, Art. 2571; 2018, No. 42, Art. 6472):

a) in paragraph five of Item 45 of the word of "one year from the date of the conclusion of the concessionary agreement" shall be replaced with words "one calendar year after entry into force of the concessionary agreement signed till September 1, 2025, or 3 calendar years after entry into force of the concessionary agreement signed since September 1, 2025";
