1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 14, 2015 No. 705 "About procedure for protection of data on implementation of the state protection, provision of such data and implementation of security measures in the form of ensuring confidentiality of data on the protected person" (The Russian Federation Code, 2015, No. 29, Art. 4503; 2022, No. 39, Art. 6617).

2. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2025.

1. In Rules of protection of data on implementation of the state protection and provision of such data approved by the specified resolution:

a) third the subitem "v" of Item 2 to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"about imposing of prohibition on issue of personal data of the protected person, including data on its property, on subscriber numbers of its phones, on the state registration signs of the vehicles belonging to it and (or) used by it, about belonging to it and (or) about the vehicles used by it, and also about imposing of prohibition on distribution of information containing personal data of the protected person;";

b) to add the subitem "b" of item 4 after words of "body of the Federal Security Service" with words ", law-enforcement body of the Russian Federation, body of foreign intelligence of the Russian Federation";
