About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of acts in the field of compulsory insurance of premises from the fire and natural disasters" of September 13, 2023 No. 473

For the purpose of registration and issue of electronic insurance policies, simplification of procedure for insurance and payment of insurance indemnities on compulsory insurance of premises from the fire and natural disasters, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of acts in the field of compulsory insurance of premises from the fire and natural disasters" of September 13, 2023 No. 473 the following changes:

1) in Rules of compulsory insurance of premises from the fire and the natural disasters approved by the above-stated resolution:

- add Item 5 with the subitem 22 following of content:

"22) the Tunduk mobile application - the software available on mobile devices which is part of the State portal of electronic services, providing the provision of the state and municipal services, and also services electronically including providing documents in digital format.";

- state Item 13 in the following edition:

"13. The agreement of compulsory insurance (insurance policy) can be signed in written or electronic form through AIS and the Tunduk mobile application. In case of the conclusion of the agreement electronically through AIS at the request of the insurer the agreement of compulsory insurance (insurance policy) goes to e-mail of insurer. In case of the conclusion of the agreement by means of the Tunduk mobile application provision of the documents specified in Item 14 of these rules is not required.";
