For the purpose of enhancement of activities of state body in the field of transport, ensuring transparency and control in case of distribution and issue of foreign and multilateral forms of permissions to the Kyrgyz haulers, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Procedure for issue of foreign permissions and multilateral permissions to the Kyrgyz automobile carriers" of May 20, 2022 No. 259 the following changes:

1) according to the procedure of issue of foreign permissions and multilateral permissions to the Kyrgyz automobile carriers, approved by the above-stated resolution:

- add Item 2 with the paragraph of the following content:

"-authorized body - the authorized state body performing issue of foreign and multilateral forms of permissions to the international motor transportations of loads and passengers and the state control of observance of the transport legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.";

- third Item 3 to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"-cargo vehicles, including trail car which maximum permitted weight constitutes more than 6 tons;";

- declare Item 8 invalid;

- state Item 12 in the following edition:

"12. Foreign and multilateral permissions in case of the quota of exchange satisfying requirement of the Kyrgyz carriers after their obtaining are subject to distribution among the Kyrgyz carriers according to aggregated data of total annual requirement in foreign and multilateral permissions.
