About modification of some legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of the security market

Article 1.

Bring in part I of the Civil code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1996, No. 6, the Art. 80) the following changes:

1) in the subitem 5 of Item 3 of Article 131 of the word of "audit committee (auditor)" shall be replaced with words "services of internal audit (internal auditor)";

2) in Article 131-1:

Article 2.

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About economic partnerships and societies" of November 15, 1996 No. 60 the following changes:

1) in item 4 of Article 8 of the word "audit committee" shall be replaced with words "service of internal audit (to appoint the internal auditor)";

2) in Article 39:

a) in Item 1:

Article 3.

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About joint-stock companies" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2003, No. 6, the Art. 240) the following changes:
