About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 1, 2025 No. 78

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 1, 2025 No. 78 "About establishment and features of distribution of the tariff quotas to export out of limits of the territory of the Russian Federation of corn to the states which are not members of the Eurasian Economic Union" (The Russian Federation Code, 2025, No. 6, the Art. 434).
2. This resolution becomes effective after one day after day of its official publication.

1. State the name in the following edition:

3. Add with Item 1 (1) the following content:
"1(1). Establish for term from the date of entry into force of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 24, 2025 No. 946 "About modification of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 1, 2025 No. 78" till June 30, 2025 (inclusive) rates of export customs duties on the corn made in the territories of Primorsky Krai and the Amur region and which is taken out out of limits of the territory of the Russian Federation to the states which are not members of the Eurasian Economic Union according to appendix No. 1.".
