1. Create Public institution "Content of highways in zone Vorukh of the city of Isfara".

2. To the ministry of transport of the Republic of Tajikistan:

- together with Executive body of the government of the city of Isfara of Sughd area in coordination with the State committee on investments and management of state-owned property of the Republic of Tajikistan to determine location of Public institution "Content of highways in zone Vorukh of the city of Isfara";

- in coordination with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan to perform financing of Public institution "Content of highways in zone Vorukh of the city of Isfara" at the expense of the means of the republican budget provided for content of highways in 2025.

3. To add the appendix 4 "List of the companies, organizations and other organizations of system of the Ministry of transport of the Republic of Tajikistan" approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of May 6, 2011 No. 250 "About the Ministry of transport of the Republic of Tajikistan" with the fourth paragraph of the following content:
