Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning regulation of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs.

Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. In General rules of determination of requirements to the separate types of the goods, works, services (including marginal prices of goods, works, services) approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 2, 2015 No. 926 "About approval of General rules of determination of requirements to the separate types of goods, works, services which are purchased by customers purchased by customers (including marginal prices of goods, works, services)" (The Russian Federation Code, 2015, No. 37, Art. 5141; 2016, No. 13, Art. 1823; 2019, No. 30, Art. 4306):

a) third Item 1 to state the paragraph in the following edition:
