Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 6, 2022 No. 209 "Some questions of state registration and functioning of unified and state registers which holder is the Ministry of Justice, in the conditions of warlike situation" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 25, of the Art. 1293, No. 27, of the Art. 1494, No. 53, of Art. 3084; 2023, No. 51, Art. 2833; 2024, No. 7, the Art. 334) changes which are applied.

1. In Item 1:
1) in the paragraph the second subitem 1:
the words "which location" shall be replaced with words "the location of which according to data of the Unified state register";
add the paragraph after the words "or temporary occupation" with words ", except case when the actual location of the subject of the state registration / subject of state registration of the rights in connection with relocation is the administrative and territorial unit which is not relating to the corresponding territories";
2) in subitem 10-6:
after the paragraph of the tenth to add the subitem with the new paragraph of the following content:
"the address of the location of the subject of the state registration / subject of state registration of the rights (for subject of the state registration / subject of state registration of the rights to which in connection with relocation the location information in the Unified state register is changed or the actual location without change of data in the Unified state register is changed).".
