About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning compulsory social medical insurance and rendering medical services

Article 1. Make changes and additions to the following legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1. In the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 26, 2011 "About scrap (matrimony) and family":

to add Item 2 of Article 117 with part two of the following content:

5-2) publications and messages in mass media on concrete facts of damnification of life and health of the person as a result of implementation of medical activities in the presence of the convincing bases and confirmatory proofs with indication of time and the place of their making;".

3. In the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 7, 2020 "About health of the people and health care system":

1) in Item 1 of Article 1:

1) and 2) to state subitems in the following edition:

"1) human organ - the part of body of the person performing the certain physiological function necessary for maintenance of life activity of organism;
