"5. Subsidizing is performed by authorized body within the provided budgetary funds for the corresponding financial year according to Article 101 of the Budget code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.";

"22. The authorized body includes expenses on subsidizing in budget request for the corresponding financial year according to Article 75 of the Budget code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.".
2. To provide to committee of information of the Ministry of Culture and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
