About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 4, 2023 No. 865 "About some questions of the Ministry of tourism and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 4, 2023 No. 865 "About some questions of the Ministry of tourism and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following changes and amendments:

in Regulations on the Ministry of tourism and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:

"9-1) develops and approves rules of cost determination of researches and consulting services in coordination with the central authorized body on budgetary planning;

9-2) develops and approves rules of cost determination of the state task in coordination with the central authorized body on budgetary planning;

9-3) exercises control of completeness and timeliness of transfer by the state companies in the budget of part of net income;

9-4) provides the publication of results of monitoring, stipulated in Clause 40 Budget codes of the Republic of Kazakhstan;";

add with subitem 12-2) of the following content:

"12-2) carries out digital transformation;";

68) to state the subitem in the following edition:

"Develops 68) and approves rules of implementation of paid types of activity on sales of goods (works, services) by public institutions which money from realization remains at their order, uses of money from realization of goods by public institutions (works, services) remaining at their order;";

"116) approves rules of provision of tourist services, except for rules of provision of tourist services in transportation of the tourists approved by local representative bodies according to the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan;";
