About modification and amendments in the Order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of September 5, 2015 No. 564

According to article 56 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About regulatory legal acts" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Bring in the Regulations on National coordination council on development of the sphere of tourism under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of September 5, 2015 No. 564 "About creation of National coordination council on development of the sphere of tourism under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan", the following changes:

- in paragraph one of Items 8 and 11 of the word of "meetings" and "meetings" respectively shall be replaced with words "meeting" and "meetings";

- in Item 19 of the word "each six months" to replace with the word "annually";

- in Item 20 of the word "Meetings" and "six months" respectively shall be replaced with words "Meeting" and "year".

2. Bring in the structure of National coordination council on development of the sphere of tourism under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of September 5, 2015 No. 564 "About creation of National coordination council on development of the sphere of tourism under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan" the following changes and amendments:

- add with paragraphs the twenty seventh, the twenty eighth, twenty ninth and thirtieth the following content:

"the vice-chairman of Committee on primary and secondary professional education under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan;

the deputy chief of the Communication service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan;

the deputy director of the Agency of civil aviation under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan;
