About entering of amendments into the Order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of June 21, 2018 No. 331

Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of June 21, 2018 No. 331 "About creation of National council of financial stability in the Republic of Tajikistan" the following amendments:

1) in appendix 1:

"-development of offers and recommendations about expansion of clearing settlements and implementation of modern payment technologies in the Republic of Tajikistan;

- development and submission of recommendations about enhancement of the legislation on payment services and payment system of the Republic of Tajikistan;

- development and submission of the approved offers and recommendations to the regulating and supervisory authorities, and also members of payment service provider of the Republic of Tajikistan on enhancement and development of payment system, increase in safety, efficiency and quality of payment services;";

- add Item 5 with paragraphs the fifth and sixth the following content:

"-represent recommendations about enhancement of the laws and other regulatory legal acts regulating questions of financial stability and payment system of the Republic of Tajikistan;

- coordinate implementation of interdepartmental projects on payment system;";

- add Item 6 with paragraphs the sixth and seventh the following content:

"-introduction of offers on identification of solutions of the questions connected with expansion of clearing settlements and implementation of modern payment technologies in the Republic of Tajikistan;
