According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 28, 2025 No. 344 "About recognition voided some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine", the subitem 223 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 459 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 17, 2021 to No. 124), for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with the legislation I ORDER:

1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine of November 7, 2000 No. 240 "About procedure for acceptance and consideration by the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine of documents for receipt of individual licenses for implementation by residents of property investments outside Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 31, 2001 at No. 89/5280.

2. To international business department and trade protection (Kozlenko Yu. A.) provide submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister of economy of Ukraine - the Sales representative of Ukraine to the Muscleman T. A.
