2) Anti-Doping Administration & Management System is the system intended for management of the database located on the Internet, by input, storages, the distribution given and creation of account, developed for assistance to concerned parties and the World Anti-Doping Agency in their anti-doping activities in case of compliance with law about data protection;

3) the competitive period - the period of participation of the athlete and (or) animal in specific sports competition;

4) the out of competition period - time which is not included in the competitive period;

5) the prohibited substances and (or) methods in sport (further - dope) - chemical compounds (substances, drugs) and the methods included in the prohibited list of the World anti-doping Organization and the International standard of the World anti-doping Organization including use or attempt of use of substance and (or) the method included in lists of the substances and (or) methods prohibited for use in sport;
