About change of the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of May 31, 2021 No. 147

1. Bring in the Instruction about carrying out currency transactions approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of May 31, 2021 No. 147, the following changes:
to exclude the paragraph of the eighth part one of Item 7;
the second Item 8 to add part with words ", implementation of procedures of internal control (komplayens-control) by the foreign banks participating in money transfer to the Republic of Belarus";
add the Instruction with Item 82 following of content:
"82. When implementing under the currency agreement providing export, import of financing under concession of monetary claim (factoring) in time of repatriation the expectation period provided by factor to the debtor joins, and in case of the factoring performed with the participation of several factors - the expectation period provided by the factor which is on the side of the exporter, to the debtor and (or) the factor which is on the side of the importer in accordance with the terms of the signed agreements of financing under concession of monetary claim (agreements of factoring).
The period of expectation is understood as the period by which the completion date of obligations the nonresident defined by the currency agreement providing export, import without introduction of amendments to the specified agreement increases.";
