About some questions of provision of privileges to participants of foreign economic activity

Article 1. Cancel everything the privileges which are earlier provided to participants of foreign economic activity, including in the form of budgetary appropriations on payment of customs duties and other payments, on taxation by the import and export customs duties, the value added tax and excises on goods, except for provided according to the Laws of the Russian Federation "About customs tariff", "About the value added tax", "About excises" and the Customs code of the Russian Federation.

Article 2. This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

Article 3. In connection with entry into force of this Federal Law:

suggest the President of the Russian Federation to bring into accord with this Federal Law the decrees accepted on the tax matters;

suggest the Government of the Russian Federation to bring into accord with this Federal Law the regulatory legal acts accepted on the tax matters.
