In pursuance of the Law on financial accounting No. 113-XVI/2007 of and provisions of the Law on public finance and budget and tax responsibility No. 181/2014 of to the changes/additions made to the Economic classification and Methodical regulations by application of Economic classification approved by the Order of the Minister of Finance on Budget classification No. 208/2015 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova No. 370-376, of Art. 2727 from 31.12.2015), PRIKAZYVAYU:

"About procedure for determination and the reporting on receivables condition with the expired term and accounts payable with the expired term on payment (overdue debt)" to make the following changes to the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 121/2016:

1. Replace:

1.1. Appendix No. 2 to the FD-049 "Data on Receivables with the Expired Term and Accounts Payable with the Expired Term on Payment (Overdue Debt), the Bodies/organizations Formed in Budgets" form according to appendix No. 1 to this order.

1.2. Appendix No. 2.1 to the FD-049 "Explanations concerning Overdue Receivables" form according to appendix No. 2 to this order.

1.3. Appendix No. 2.2 to the FD-049 "Explanations concerning Overdue Accounts Payable" form according to appendix No. 3 to this order.

2. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
