About modification of the Regulations on regulation of activities for cultivation of the plants containing drugs or psychotropic substances, approved by the Order of the Government No. 1382/2006

In the Regulations on regulation of activities for cultivation of the plants containing drugs or psychotropic substances, approved by the Order of the Government No. 1382/2006 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, Art. No. 189-192, 1476), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1.1. in Item 2 of the word of "Cannabis plant" to replace with the word of "hemp";

1.2. in item 4 to replace the text of "seeds and/or fibers" with the text: "seeds, fibers and/or oil";

1.3. add with Items 5-1 and 5-2 of the following content:

"5-1. Cultivation only of those plant varieties which are brought in the Catalogue of plant varieties of the Republic of Moldova and in the General catalog of agricultural plants of the European Union is allowed.

5-2. The inspection statement of the rooms intended for storage, conversion and use of hemp for the purpose of production of seeds, fibers and/or oil is constituted by the National agency on safety of foodstuff.";
