the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of March 26, 2014 No. 178 "About approval of the Instruction on regulation of the relations arising in case of consolidation of money and (or) securities in fund of bank management based on the trust management agreement of fund of bank management";
the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of August 26, 2015 No. 511 "About entering of amendments and changes into the Instruction on regulation of the relations arising in case of consolidation of money and (or) securities in fund of bank management based on the trust management agreement of fund of bank management";
the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of April 28, 2018 No. 197 "About modification of the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of March 26, 2014 No. 178".
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2024.
