1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of January 24, 2007 No. 15 "About establishment of forms of the reporting for parent organizations of banking groups, bank holdings and approval of the Instruction about procedure of supervision of banking activity on the consolidated basis":

state preamble in the following edition:

"Based on the paragraph of the thirty seventh of Article 26, of paragraphs two and the seventh Article part four 34, of paragraphs two, Article parts fifteen 35, of parts one and the fifth Article 38, parts one of Article 39 and part two of article 119 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus, part three of subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 21, 2011 No. 261 "About creation of the open joint stock company "Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus" Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: the fourth and fifth";

to be reworded as follows appendices 1-3 to this resolution (are applied);

in the Instruction about procedure of supervision of banking activity on the consolidated basis approved by this resolution:

in Item 2:

in subitem 2.7 "Item" shall be replaced with words the word "Item part one";

in subitem 2.8 of the word "information on persons capable to have significant effect, and the related persons in form according to appendix 1 and information provided by Items 20 and 23" shall be replaced with words "information provided by part one of Item 20 and part one of Item 23";

state Item 3-1 in the following edition:

The concepts "non-bank financial organizations", "core activity" and "participation in authorized fund" have the values determined respectively by subitems 2. 36, 2.42 and 2.63 Items 2 of the Instruction on standard rates of safe functioning approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of July 11, 2022 No. 257.";

"About creation of "Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus" open joint stock company to exclude from Item 19-2 of the word;

"in case of change of information about the member of banking group, the member of bank holding – within 10 working days from the date of change of such data;

in case of origin and (or) change of the bases of rendering significant effect – within 10 working days from the date of origin and (or) change of such bases respectively;

in case of the termination of possibility of rendering significant effect – within 10 working days from the date of the termination of such opportunity;";

add part with paragraphs of the following content:

members of banking group, members of bank holding about change of data on banking group, bank holding by the direction it the changed data on structure of banking group, bank holding in form according to appendix 4;

new members of banking group, new members of bank holding about their entry into structure of banking group, bank holding by the direction it data on structure of banking group, bank holding in form according to appendix 4;
