"15. On the registered vehicles, installations and the equipment registration documents and the state registration registration plates according to these rules are issued.
The state registration registration plates are made and issued according to requirements of the approved standard of the Kyrgyz Republic of KMC 1090:2023.
In case of change of the registration data of the vehicle, and also in case of recovery lost or the stolen state registration registration plates issue, transfer and replacement of the registration plates which are not conforming to the approved standards is not allowed.
