Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 18, 1997 No. 176 "About approval of Rules of provision of services of passenger road transport" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1997, number 8, page 142; 2007, No. 75, Art. 2791; 2011, No. 47, Art. 1915; 2017, No. 88, Art. 2696; 2018, No. 25, the Art. 883) and of November 16, 2011 No. 1402 "About approval of Rules of transportation of animals" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 8, the Art. 294) changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 18, 1997 No. 176 and of November 16, 2011 No. 1402

1. In Rules of provision of services of passenger road transport, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 18, 1997 No. 176:

Item 1 paragraph two after words of "local self-government" to add 1) with words "taking into account the Laws of Ukraine "About veterinary medicine", "About protection of animals against ill treatment";

"The law of Ukraine "On road transport" shall be replaced with words 2) in the last paragraph of Item 2 of the word "the Laws of Ukraine "On road transport", "About veterinary medicine";

In paragraph three of Item 84 of the word "and animals" to exclude 3);

Paragraph two of Item 116 to exclude 4);
