About modification and amendments in the order of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 4, 2022 No. 257 "About approval of Rules of identification of household cylinders and functioning of systems of accounting of household cylinders"

I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 4, 2022 No. 257 "About approval of Rules of identification of household cylinders and functioning of systems of accounting of household cylinders" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 29040) the following changes and amendment:

in Rules of identification of household cylinders and functioning of systems of accounting of the household cylinders approved by the specified order:

add Item 2 with subitem 1-1) of the following content:

"1-1) gas-filling stations – complex of technologically interconnected production and other facilities intended for storage, discharge and filling the liquefied oil gas in cistern cars, autogas carriers, household cylinders and also repair and utilization of household cylinders;";

"6. In the absence of own systems of accounting of household cylinders owners of gas-filling stations and gas-filling Items use information system of authorized body on identification and accounting of household cylinders.";

be reworded as follows Items 8 and 9:

"8. Access on entering of information into information system of authorized body is provided to local executive bodies and owners of gas-filling stations and gas-filling Items and is performed through personal account by registration in information system of authorized body.

9. Owners of gas-filling stations and gas-filling Items shall perform identification of household cylinders the unique code assigned by systems of accounting of household cylinders, and (or) the trademark of the owner of gas-filling Item according to the subitem 3) of Item 6 of article 28 of the Law.";
