About some questions of conducting joint activities with investors for development of coal fields

For the purpose of settlement of conditions of conducting joint activities with investors for realization of the granted mineral rights, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on conditions of maintaining by the state companies and business entities having at least than two thirds of shares of the state in the authorized capital, joint activities with investors for realization of the granted mineral rights" of August 23, 2022 No. 472 the following change:

- add with Item 10-1 of the following content:

"10-1. The size of contribution of business entity or state company, involved in preparation and passing of the autumn and winter period and performing coal supply to the municipal company "Bishkek Combined Heat and Power Plant", can be established in the amount of 30%.".

2. Recommend to Stroy-Stoun limited liability company to review cooperation agreement on development of coal on the site "Agulak" of the Min.-Kushsky brown-coal field taking into account changes, the stipulated in Item 1 this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
