1. Determine the state company "Kyrgyz Oil Company" under the State agency on management of state-owned property under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - the state company "Kyrgyz Oil Company") the general supplier of fuels and lubricants and other types of oil products for needs of the state companies and economic societies where 50 and more percent of share in the authorized capital belong to the state, including their affiliated economic societies, in the following spheres:

1) aviation;

2) mining;

3) railway;

4) road-building.

2. To the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic:

1) to provide acquisition of fuels and lubricants and other types of oil products by the jurisdictional state enterprises and the organizations only at the state company "Kyrgyz Oil Company";

2) to coordinate interaction of the subordinated organizations with the state company "Kyrgyz Oil Company" for the conclusion of long-term contracts for delivery of fuels and lubricants;

3) together with the jurisdictional state enterprises to create necessary infrastructure for providing steady and regular supply of road-building industry with fuels and lubricants and other types of oil products;
