For the purpose of enhancement of activities of authorized body in the field of protection of frontier, other state bodies, local government bodies, physical persons and legal entities within the border territory and borderland, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of Rules of boundary regime and mode of borderland of the Kyrgyz Republic" of April 4, 2016 No. 172 the following changes:
1) Item 1 in paragraph three in official language of the word "List, Limits" shall be replaced with words "The list and limits";
2) in the Rules of boundary regime and mode of borderland of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- add with Items 6-1 and 6-2 of the following content:
"6-1. Transit following of persons and vehicles within the border territory and borderland from border to check points or is in the opposite direction allowed under the valid identity documents and granting the right to crossing of frontier.
Change of the established traffic route, stop of vehicles, disembarkation (landing) of persons, unloading (loading) of loads and other property, rise in air, landing or acceptance of any aircraft, including pilotless, except as specified emergence of emergency situations, technical defects, rendering urgent medical care to people, stops for short rest is forbidden to the pedestrian persons and persons following on the vehicles set in motion by the muscular strength of the people who are on it.
