About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of renewable energy resources

For the purpose of ensuring enhancement of legal regulation of use of land resources, increase in efficiency, transparency and control of construction and operation of power stations using renewable energy resources, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Procedure for use and the order by the state forest fund" of April 10, 2018 No. 192 the following changes:

according to the procedure of use and the order of the state forest fund, approved by the above-stated resolution:

- in Item 32:

12, 13 to state subitems in the following edition:

"12) absence at subjects of renewable energy resources (further - RES) the feasibility statement and the confirmed financing source during 1 year after receipt of lands of forest fund;

13) lack of the design estimates coordinated with authorized state body in the field of architecture and construction at subjects of RES within 2 years after receipt of lands of forest fund;";

in subitem 14 of the word "1 years" shall be replaced with words "3 years";

add with subitem 14-1 of the following content:

"14-1) during implementation of the construction works performed by subjects of RES, transfer of the provided parcel of land or the rights to it to the third parties is not allowed before completion of construction and commissioning of the facility.".

2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for provision of the parcels of land which are in state-owned property" of October 9, 2019 No. 535 the following changes:
