About some questions of the jurisdictional state enterprises under the Ministry of Defence of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of legal regulation of activities of some state companies, according to Articles 92, of 93, 94 Civil codes of the Kyrgyz Republic, Articles 13, of 17, of the 26th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

2. Approve the Charter of the state company "Military subsidiary farm" under the Ministry of Defence of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix.
3. Determine that the state company "Military subsidiary farm" under the Ministry of Defence of the Kyrgyz Republic is legal successor of the state company "Military subsidiary farm "Tamga" under the Ministry of Defence of the Kyrgyz Republic.
4. To the Ministry of Defence of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the established procedure:
- approve the transfer act of the reorganized state company "Military subsidiary farm" under the Ministry of Defence of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- make the state re-registration of the state company "Military subsidiary farm" under the Ministry of Defence of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- take other necessary measures following from this resolution.
