About introduction of amendments to the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about offenses

Article 1.

Bring in the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about offenses (the newspaper of "Erkin-limited liability partnership" of November 16, 2021 No. 122-133) the following changes:

Chapter 15 to add 1) with Article 109-3 of the following content:

"Article 109-3. Distribution of unreliable (false) information

The distribution of unreliable (false) information with use of mass media or the Internet which entailed disorderly conduct, the rights and legitimate interests of the citizens or the organizations or protected by the law of interests of society or state if these actions do not contain signs of penal act, -

attracts imposing of penalty on physical persons in the amount of 200 settlement indicators, on legal entities - 650 settlement indicators.";

Item 1 of part 1 of article 454 after figures "109-2," to add 2) with figures "109-3,";

Article 456 paragraph two after figures "109-2," to add 3) with figures "109-3,".

Article 2.

This Law becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
