About modification of the Regulations on management of emergency funds of the Government approved by the Order of the Government No. 862/2015, and recognition voided the orders of the Government

1. In the Regulations on management of emergency funds of the Government approved by the Order of the Government from 862/2015 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, Art. No. 347-360, 967), to make the following changes:

1.1. 6, 8 and 9 to state Items in the following edition:

"6. The intervention fund is intended for financing of the urgent expenses connected with natural disaster response (except for the damage caused to crops or animals), in case of epidemics, and also other emergency situations technogenic (the fires, explosions, accidents, etc.), natural (geophysical, geological, meteorological and other dangerous phenomena) and social and biological nature (infectious diseases, mass poisonings, etc.).";

"8. Can act as applicants of financial resources:

a) from reserve fund - the central and local authorities of public management, budgetary institutions and non-profit organizations;

b) from intervention fund - the commission on emergency situations of the central bodies of public management, local authorities of public management of the second and special level".

9. The addresses about allocation of financial resources from reserve fund accompanied with confirmatory materials and reasonable calculations go to the central bodies of public management according to competence.";
