About measures for increase in efficiency of educational system and ensuring integration of scientific research with practice in activities of the Tashkent architectural and construction university

For the purpose of removal of processes of preparation and retraining of qualified personnel in the field of architecture and construction on qualitatively new level, steady providing close connection of science and practice, implementation of alternative innovative solutions and technologies in realization of scientific research, in the new directions of modern construction I decide developments of scientific decisions:

I. Purposes

1. The main performance indicators of activities of the Tashkent architectural and construction university to determine the following directions:

(a) ensuring integration of educational processes with practice by complete implementation of dual form of education;

(b) entry into the list top-1000 higher educational institutions in the directions in the ratings of the prestigious world organizations Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) and Times Higher Education (THE) by 2029;

(c) complete digitalization of educational and management processes;

(d) within the program of export of scientific potential until the end of 2028 forming of brand of University and attraction at least 1000 students from the foreign states;

(e) investment attraction in the amount of at least 10 million dollars up to 2026/2027 academic years for the purpose of the organization of educational process, equipment of laboratories and carrying out scientific research.

II. Enhancement of educational process at University

2. From 2025/2026 academic years at the Tashkent architectural and construction university (further - University) to implement dual form of education.

Determine that the program of dual education is implemented in bachelor degree on the basis of credit and modular system:

(a) for first-year students - 60 percent of educational programs (theoretical part) in audiences, 40 percent of educational programs (practical part) - at the companies of the construction industry;
