Article 1

Article 2

Shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 2 of Article 1 of the word of "extremist activities" "extremist activities. The extremist organization the extremist community in case of the introduction in legal force of conviction on criminal case against person for creation of community, stipulated in Article 282.1 Criminal Codes of the Russian Federation, for management of this community or participation in it is also recognized";

2) in Article 9:

a) state the name in the following edition:

"Article 9. Responsibility for implementation of extremist activities";

b) the second to add part with the offer of the following content: "Activities of extremist community are recognized prohibited in case of the introduction in legal force of conviction on criminal case against person for creation of community, stipulated in Article 282.1 Criminal Codes of the Russian Federation, for management of this community or participation in it.";

c) the sixth and seventh to state parts in the following edition:

"The federal body of state registration keeps the list of the organizations recognized in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation as extremist. The copy of the judgment which took legal effect about liquidation of public or religious association or other organization or about prohibition of activities of public or religious association, not being the legal entity, on the bases provided by this Federal Law or the copy of the conviction which took legal effect on criminal case concerning person for creation of community, stipulated in Article 282.1 Criminal Codes of the Russian Federation, for management of this community or participation in it in five-day time from the date of the introduction in legal force of the relevant decision or conviction of court or from the date of return of case from Appeal Court goes Trial Court to federal body of state registration. The list of the organizations recognized in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation extremist and the description of their symbolics (in the presence) are subject to placement on the Internet on the website of federal body of state registration.
