1) in Article 171.1:
a) the paragraph one of part five to state in the following edition:

Production, acquisition, storage, transportation for the purpose of sale or sale of alcoholic, tobacco and (or) nikotinsoderzhashchy products not marked and (or) drawings information, the stipulated by the legislation Russian Federation if such marking and (or) drawing such information are obligatory, made in large size, -";
b) to state Item 2 of notes in the following edition:
"2.
