About some questions of provision and use of premises of the state housing stock

For the purpose of enhancement of legal regulation of procedure for provision and use of premises of the state housing stock:

1. Determine that office premises of the state housing stock can be provided for preserving the employment (office) relationships with state body or other state organization in individual procedure:

1.1. The president of the Republic of Belarus - to persons whose positions are included in the personnel register of the Head of state of the Republic of Belarus, not having the rights to office premises of special housing stock;

1.2. (being their part) the state organizations office premises of the state housing stock, in coordination with the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities - to other employee categories according to the procedure, established by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, in the presence of one of the following bases are state bodies *, in economic maintaining (operational management) which or subordinated to them:

arrival of the young specialists who got education at the expense of means republican and (or) local budgets, for work on distribution, directed to work according to the agreement on target training of the specialist;

employment of workers by the organizations located in the territories with the level of radioactive pollution over 5 Ki/sq.km and the territories equated to them;

moving from other settlement in case of position assignment, transfer of the worker from one employer to another in connection with the reasonable production, organizational or economic reasons provided that from number of persons employed in this settlement for occupation of vacancy there is no equivalent replacement;
