1) in word preamble of "citizens (physical persons)" shall be replaced with words "physical persons";

2) in Article 2:

a) third to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"meliorative actions - creation, content and operation of meliorative systems and separately located hydraulic engineering constructions for the purpose of carrying out hydroland reclamation, creation, content, preserving agricultural forest melioration plantings and agrophytomeliorative plantings and use of their soil-protective and other useful functions, carrying out kulturtekhnichesky and chemical melioration;";

b) to state the paragraph of the sixth in the following edition:

"meliorative systems - complexes of technologically interconnected capital construction projects, including hydraulic engineering constructions, the non-capital structures, constructions and devices intended for ensuring creation of the optimum water, air, thermal and nutritious modes of the reclaimed (reclaimed) lands;";

c) paragraphs of the seventh - the ninth to recognize invalid;

d) in paragraph ten of the word "engineering constructions and devices" shall be replaced with words "hydraulic engineering constructions";

e) in the paragraph the thirteenth the word "citizens" shall be replaced with words "physical persons";
